Why Take Minerals

Why Take Minerals?

Simple question, simple answer. If you’re not taking minerals, you’re not doing what it takes to stay healthy, lose weight, and slow down the aging process.

Here’s what I mean. A lot of people do not know the difference between vitamins and minerals and therefore they don’t take them.

If you read this short report, you’ll be smarter than 90% of the people around you… GUARANTEED.

Although these things are all considered micronutrients, vitamins and minerals differ in two basic ways.

·        Vitamins are organic and can be broken down by heat, air, or acid.

·        Minerals are inorganic and hold on to their chemical structure.

So what’s this matter to you?

The easiest way to get minerals into your body is through Fusion Minerals. West Coast’s liquid minerals get into your system fast.

     But here’s something else.

It’s tougher to shuttle vitamins from food and other sources into your body because of a few things like cooking, storage, and them having a simple exposure to air. These little things can inactivate these more fragile compounds.

Interacting—in good ways and bad

Many micronutrients interact, kind of like pouring oil into some water. Those two don’t interact well.

Vitamin D enables your body to pluck calcium from food sources passing through your digestive tract rather than harvesting it from your bones which is really smart.

Here’s another. Vitamin C helps you absorb iron. Did you know that? The interplay of micronutrients isn’t always cooperative either.

For example, Vitamin C blocks your body’s ability to assimilate the essential mineral copper.

And even a minor overload of the mineral manganese can worsen iron deficiency, so it’s really important that you understand. Getting the right minerals is not just about taking a pill that says potassium THIS or potassium THAT.

Here’s what I recommend. West Coast’s Fusion Minerals is an herbal combination containing ALL the macro minerals in natures perfect balance.

Now what does Fusion Minerals consist of?

Things like: Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Sulfur, Chloride and Phosphorus.

Today more than ever we are seeing more and more macro mineral deficiencies. The symptoms are everywhere, people are going to the medical doctors just to cover up their symptoms, and we have a side effect FREE formula that works.

In this short report I’m trying to provide you with a list of symptoms broken down by each macro mineral so when you start feeing bad, you’ll at least be able to look it up and find out what you want and need.

And just to make this easy on you and everyone in your family, West Coast’s proprietary Fusion Minerals - - is a complete product. Just taking two dropperfuls in the a.m. and the p.m., this little regiment gives you all the macro minerals in liquid food form - - that your body recognizes at the cellular level.

When that happens, your body absorbs them more easily.

If you want to stay as healthy as possible, never take isolated mineral tablets or capsules. Things like a magnesium tablet or capsule.

Isolated minerals are hard to digest and create an
imbalance of other minerals in your body causing more harm than good to your health.

     * Remember these macro minerals,  trace minerals and the solution I’m discussing with you today ARE key factors in any Weight Loss or Health Program you undertake!

So what I’d like to do now is share some symptoms with you. Read them over, find out what symptoms you have, and then make some notes.

These are the things you’re going to have to watch from this point forward if you’re really interested in keeping your health… well maintained.

Symptoms of Calcium Deficiencies.

Þ   Memory loss
Þ   Muscle spasms
Þ   Numbness
Þ   Tingling
Þ   Depression
Þ   Hallucination
Þ   Disability
Þ   Spinal fractures
Þ   Inability to walk

Sometimes we just want to blame how we feel on bugs and viruses, when in reality it’s not even their fault. It’s ours.

If you’re not giving your body the minerals it needs, there is absolutely no way it can function like it’s supposed to.

Symptoms of Magnesium Deficiencies.

·        Calcium deficiency

·        Poor heart health
·        Weakness
·        Muscle cramps
·        Tremors
·        Nausea
·        Anxiety
·        High blood pressure
·        Type II diabetes
·        Respiratory issues
·        Dizziness
·        Fatigue
·        Potassium deficiency
·        Difficulty swallowing
·        Poor memory
·        Confusion

I know that if I’m dizzy, tired, have difficulty swallowing, poor memory, or even confused, I always think it’s just stress, even though it’s most likely a mineral deficiency.

Symptoms of Sodium Deficiencies

Recognizing symptoms of sodium deficiency is important, because when left untreated a decreased level of consciousness, a coma and possibly death may also occur when blood sodium levels drop.

·        Gastrointestinal distress
·        Decreased appetite
·        Nausea
·        Vomiting
·        Brain dysfunction
·        Headache
·        Lethargy
·        Fatigue
·        Confusion
·        Irritability
·        Hallucinations

If you have a headache, your tired, irritable, or your vomiting, you might have an issue with a lack of minerals. Most people never look in the most obvious places.

Symptoms of Potassium Deficiencies.

·        Blood pressure
·        Normal water balance
·        Muscle contractions
·        Nerve impulses
·        Digestion
·        Heart rhythm
·        pH balance

If you want to have a strong nervous system it’s imperative that you take minerals in the right dosages. That goes for your blood pressure as well. Now remember, these are symptoms of potassium deficiency. If you’re not thinking about a mineral deficient, you’ll never find out what the real problem just might be. It’ll be worth looking into if it ever happens to you.

Symptoms of Sulfur Deficiencies

Sulfur helps create the connective tissue, including cartilage, tendons and ligaments; assists in joint health; and may reduce pain in the body by slowing the nerve impulses that send pain signals to your brain.  Anyone over the age of 40 who is suffering from aches and pains, and painful joints should consider taking Fusion Minerals just for this one reason.

You may not think sulfur is that important, but they’re all important and it’s important that they are all given to you in the correct dosage. Sulfur is a component of the essential amino acids.

Glutathione, an antioxidant, also contains sulfur.

Sulfur deficiencies reduce the functions of these compounds, which can result in:

Þ   poor growth and
Þ   reduced protein synthesis
Þ   increased oxidative
Þ   xenobiotic damage to your cells.

Symptoms of Chloride Deficiencies

o   Loss of appetite
o   Muscle weakness
o   Lethargy
o   Dehydration
o   Heavy sweating
o   Over-hydrationo   Burns
o   Congestive heart failure
o   Kidney disorders
o   Addison's disease
o   Excessive fluid loss due to prolonged diarrhea or vomiting.

If you’re getting weaker as you’re getting older, and that happens to 99% of the older generation, you might want to consider taking something that may help you become stronger while warding off kidney disorders, Addisons disease, and even some excessive fluid loss.

Symptom of Phosphorus Deficiencies

·       Weak bones
·        Tiredness
·        Reduction in appetite
·        Pain
·        Stiffness in the joints
·        Lack of energy
·        Occurrence of infections
·        Confusion

One last thing.

I know you’re busy, but I want you to take the time you’ll need to read this small last request.
